Do you deliver?

Yes – we deliver all goods except live fish at this time. During very cold weather, we may also suspend coral deliveries for the welfare of the animals. When this happens, we remove coral from purchase on our website and announce the temporary pause on our Facebook business page.

If you’re interested in having fish delivered, please contact us directly. In some cases, we can arrange specialist courier services or even hand delivery if we are visiting your area.


Can you maintain my tank while I’m on holiday?

Yes – we now offer an aquarium maintenance service for customers who live within a reasonable distance of our store. Please get in touch for more information or to check availability.


Do you supply RO and Salted RO water?

Absolutely! We provide both Salted RO and plain RODI water for marine aquariums, available for collection at our store. Please bring your own container—or you can purchase one from us if needed.

While we cannot ship water by post, we can arrange to deliver larger volumes (salted or plain) for customers setting up a new tank. Contact us if you’d like to use this service.


Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! Discounts are available on bundled product purchases—for example, if you buy a tank along with lights, a skimmer, a pump, and related equipment, we’ll happily offer you a deal or include free extras to help get you started.

We also run regular promotions and special offers, so keep an eye on our website and social pages for updates.


Will this fish or coral be suitable for my tank?

We’re always happy to give guidance based on your tank size and existing inhabitants. However, please note that compatibility can never be guaranteed—fish have unique personalities, and other environmental factors may affect outcomes.

We strongly encourage all customers to research thoroughly before making a livestock purchase. Our team will do their best to advise, but the final decision and responsibility remain with the buyer.
